When can I expect to receive my order?

Because we operate a large local warehouse with no customs clearance risks, all orders are shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours of order placement. Delivery will take 2-5 business days after the ship date, depending on carrier and location availability.

How can I change my delivery address?

Address changes can only be made between 9:30 AM and 12:00 AM, or between 1:30 PM and 6:00 PM (GMT+8) on the day of order placement. You can contact us at support@vapepie-usa to request a change.

How is my order shipped?

Orders are shipped on normal business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on the following Monday.
